Returns & Refunds

At Bandwiches, each item is printed to order: no overstock, no waste, no warehouse. That means your t-shirt is made just for you the moment you hit “buy.” Because of this, we can’t accept traditional returns, but we’ll always make things right if there’s a problem.

If something’s wrong with your order

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or has a manufacturing issue, please let us know within 30 days of delivery.

Just fill out the Contact Us form and with the Subject as Return making sure to include your Order Number.

Once confirmed, we’ll send you a free replacement or offer a full refund.

If you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind

We totally get it, sometimes the fit or vibe isn’t what you expected.
Since everything is printed to order, we can’t take the item back, but we can still help!

If you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, we’ll offer either:

• A 75% discount code for a replacement item, or

• A refund minus production costs (since each shirt is made uniquely for you)

You don’t need to send the original back, we encourage you to gift, donate, or upcycle it instead.
